About The Position

You will support the product team in the expansion of our proprietary and award-winning Fixed Income Trading platform, Fidelity Bond Beacon, used by thousands of financial advisors across the US. As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the team’s mission and strategy, working with trading desks, compliance, clients and leadership to and prioritize the product feature backlog to deliver best in class execution and user-friendly workflows that support the advisors, traders and brokers in their daily work. You will enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing the risk and reward of those efforts.

Requirements

Experience with electronic trading in fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes)
Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple
Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts
Experience analyzing data and documenting and describing systems
Highly collaborative and effective communicator
Organized, efficient and able to get things done
A track record of contributing to high-performing teams
