About The Position
The Manager, Process Improvement leads initiatives to enhance key business functions by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and drive transformational change. The manager oversees global projects, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports continuous improvement through effective stakeholder communication and project management. By fostering collaboration and accountability, this position contributes to operational excellence and long-term business success within a dynamic and evolving environment. The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. By partnering with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams, they align priorities and enhance operational efficiency. The team leverages advanced analytics and AI to support proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements across the tools and equipment lifecycle, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in process improvement and change management to drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with various business partners and influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing large projects and adapting strategies to evolving industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
