About The Position

Develops initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs by analyzing data and evaluating key business components. Assesses current performance baselines, identifies gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements. Evaluates and updates current practices continuously, developing improvement solutions that are simple, executable, and sustainable. Consults with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on improvement solutions and communicates changes to key stakeholders. Manages process improvement programs by evaluating needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies, providing guidance on company policies, and ensuring proper controls are in place. Monitors program performance, identifies post-implementation issues, and develops resolutions. Manages global projects by identifying opportunities, establishing procedures, advising on organizational practices across multiple countries, understanding global trends, and demonstrating knowledge of industry best practices and company policies. Anticipates issues and proactively recommends sustainable solutions. Helps develop strategies, processes, and best practices by conducting analyses, partnering with cross-functional teams, benchmarking, assessing opportunities, translating technical solutions to business solutions, supporting long-term plans, and influencing decision-makers. Leads the implementation of change initiatives by executing transformational change, developing implementation plans, assessing readiness, managing expectations, adjusting approaches for adoption, and ensuring timely project management. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a culture of belonging. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
