The Manager, Pricing Operations & Transformation is a hands-on working leader responsible for improving current aftermarket-parts pricing execution and building a future pricing operating model. The role combines pricing and business expertise with analytical problem-solving, pricing technology implementation, systems integration, and practical adoption of AI-assisted workflows. The manager works directly with pricing problems, data, systems, processes, and tools while leading Pricing Analysts supporting Dealers and Fleets in North America and other markets, including Mexico and Latin America. The role serves as the pricing-business lead for an aftermarket-parts pricing tool implementation and related integrations. It partners across Pricing, Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and implementation teams to define requirements, design processes, test and validate data, prepare users, deploy workflows, and improve the platform. It also provides hands-on support for complex pricing questions and exceptions, develops analysts, and contributes directly to fleet and export pricing, deal analysis, margin and concession analysis, and root-cause resolution. The manager builds analytical models and turns pricing outcomes into commercial recommendations, while guiding the responsible use of AI assistants in pricing workflows. The role develops repeatable AI use cases and training, establishes appropriate review and decision controls, and helps shift team capacity from repetitive execution toward strategic pricing, analytics, customer segmentation, and decision support. Success is measured through implementation and adoption, pricing-support effectiveness, fleet pricing outcomes, price realization and margin impact, AI use-case value, and increased capacity for strategic work.
