As a Manager of the PMO, you are essential in overseeing the delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver significant value to our clients. Your expertise in steering projects to successful completion and managing both financial and operational aspects is crucial. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment and uses robust leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive projects forward. Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 60% billable utilization for the PMO team, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Enhance project profitability to 30% through strategic governance, standardized methods, and effective management.
• Guide PMO teams to complete 90% of projects on time and within budget through effective leadership and project management.
• Oversee the PMO team to manage a portfolio of enterprise projects, achieving targeted project volumes.
• Lead capacity planning and resource management to meet accuracy targets and optimize resource allocation.
