As part of CDW’s Integrated Technology Solutions (ITS) organization, the PMO Manager is charged with shaping and developing our services vision and strategy around a service area and technology portfolio. To realize these targets, the PMO Manager must balance a strong financial and operational results focus with an equally strong coworker development and client emphasis. The PMO Manager applies the necessary professional breadth and depth to drive successful CDW offerings and raises the overall capabilities of Program and Project Managers. The PMO Manager is accountable for effective and efficient day-to-day Services operations, and for driving alignment with the Sales team and Solutions team. The PMO Manager is a business, sales, and solutions thought leader at CDW. The PMO Manager is responsible for leadership in driving towards finance, operations, growth, scale, coworker performance management, and internal / external client quarterly and yearly targets. They provide leadership and support for sales and services teams within their region/service area and teams, with focus on the following directives: CDW is a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that helps businesses, government, education, and healthcare organizations achieve what’s possible through technology.
