The Manager Plant Supply Chain will participate in annual budget forecasts and report costs to the Plant Manager. They will also ensure prompt shipment schedules to meet customer requirements and analyze future customer demand to identify manpower, tooling, and equipment needs. Additionally, this role involves evaluating and reporting inventory variances, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. The Manager Plant Supply Chain is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, preventing injuries, conducting safety audits, participating in incident reviews, and aiding in corrective action closure. They must also keep informed on availability and price trends on new materials, products, and sources.
