About The Position

Rubrik's Renewal Strategy & Operations team is responsible for protecting and compounding the company's $1.57 billion in subscription ARR, which is growing at 32% year-over-year. This team builds the operating system for renewal contracts, operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, systems, and execution. The position requires a strategic voice that understands renewals as a business, focusing on root cause, leverage points, and scalable systems. The individual will partner directly with leaders in Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and IT, influencing the foundational systems of this function.
