About The Position

The Planning and Portfolio Management Team provides planning and stewardship of a large portfolio of projects across the Retail organization. We work closely with project managers, leadership and other parts of Apple to craft a strategic, synchronized plan that helps the Retail Organization realize its goals. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, complex program management, strategic operations, or a combination of extensive portfolio/program management and experience leading retail operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, either through direct people management or leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, forecasting and reporting methodologies.
• Proven ability to take initiative, foster trust and build strong, productive relationships, with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Experience leading executive level strategic discussions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across timezones.
• Preferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certification.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or relevant professional experience.
