Position Summary Reporting to the VP Personal Insurance Sales & Private Client, the Manager of Personal Insurance Sales is responsible for driving organic growth. This role focuses on delivering profitable growth through proactive sales execution, operational excellence, and exceptional client experience across all regions. Additionally, this role will support new producer development provincially and scale a dedicated client retention function, delivering best-in-class service to targeted client segments to maximize retention, share of wallet and reduce attrition. The leader will work collaboratively with regional sales and operations leadership to generate revenue and support the execution of business plans to meet and exceed budget commitments. Alignment with marketing, carrier partners, and corporate teams will be needed to drive sales results, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service.
