About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Manager Business Intelligence & Decision Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and improvement of current profitability process, data extraction from different sources, data quality and collaborating with the team in data modeling activities. Developing the work properly requires a strong knowledge of SQL Server programming, MS Cubes, Power BI Report Builder and Power BI. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Financial Managers to understand financial processes and accounting to apply properly to our MIS processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience in Power BI, DAX MIS Analysis Server, Phyton, VBA.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data security.

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge of SQL Server programming, MS Cubes, Power BI Report Builder and Power BI.
Understanding of financial processes and accounting.

Responsibilities

Design and develop dashboards and reports for data quality and control of processes using Power BI Report Builder and Power BI.
Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently loaded into the BI system.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
Work with business stakeholders and Senior Management to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs.
Optimize internal processes and programs for performance and usability.
Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the BI environment.
