About The Position

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Performance, COO Office. In this role, you will support strategy planning and change management, manage services delivered to the business with appropriate benchmarks and reporting, provide support in ensuring consistent governance and documentation, and contribute to the people engagement plan for GCOO and wider Macau teams. You will also enhance the oversight of third-party management, plan and execute the CSR calendar, support industry association activities, and handle ad hoc initiatives and requests from the CEO/COO/Performance team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in banking/ financial services, preferably in a global organization.
  • Educated to graduate degree level in business management related field or associated relevant business experience.
  • Knowledge with proven experience preferred in financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes.
  • Proven project management experience with an ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills required in English.
  • Good application of MS Office, with sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Other language abilities are advantageous.
  • Strong data analytics skills is an advantage.
  • Additional data management skills such as excel VBA or programming capability will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy planning and change management, either internally or externally driven, on a continuous improvement basis.
  • Manage services delivered to business, with appropriate benchmarks, metrics and reporting on efficiency, effectiveness and success of those services.
  • Provide support in ensuring appropriate and consistent governance is developed and implemented with robust documentation and supporting management.
  • Support development and execution of people engagement plan for GCOO and wider Macau teams.
  • Continue to improve the oversight and governance of third-party management to enable more forward-looking governance environment as well as support the ongoing management of third-party engagements.
  • External engagement – including planning and executing CSR calendar, and supporting industry association’s activities.
  • Ad hoc initiatives/ requests from time to time in support of CEO/ COO/ Performance team.
