As a key leader within our People Analytics function, the Manager of People Analytics will shape how our company understands, measures, and improves both employee and candidate experience. This role will own and drive the end-to-end People Analytics roadmap for our Tableau dashboard ecosystem and partner closely with senior People & Places leaders to define the KPIs, metrics and analytics priorities that guide workforce planning strategy. This leader will translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions, elevate data literacy and storytelling across the organization, and ensure our dashboards and reporting capabilities evolve alongside the needs of a fast-growing EV company. This is both a strategic and hands-on role - ideal for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving deep into data, systems and stakeholder needs, delivering strategic insights to inform broad business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication, and collaboration skills with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
