MSC Cruises USA is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Sponsorships to lead key existing partnerships and evaluate new opportunities that drive brand awareness, consideration, and revenue-focused KPIs such as leads and bookings. This strategic, data-driven leader will own end-to-end partnership execution, ensuring programs are effectively evaluated, delivered, and optimized to meet business goals. In parallel, the role will serve as a key support to the EVP, Marketing, eCommerce & Sales, helping to drive alignment across the commercial organization by coordinating planning cycles, managing key timelines and deliverables, preparing updates and materials for executive reviews, and ensuring visibility into priorities, budgets, and progress against critical initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience activating high-profile sponsorships, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, and delivering integrated, customer-centric campaigns, while demonstrating strong organizational discipline, discretion, initiative, and the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position requires 4 days / week in office
