This position is for a passionate and driven paid social expert who will collaborate with an integrated marketing team to translate senior-level digital strategies into daily tactics. The role involves leading Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, providing mentorship and training, and ensuring high-quality work. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, guiding the team to achieve client goals and KPIs, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier paid social campaigns for prominent brands, acting as the primary client contact and confidently communicating the impact of strategies. This role requires excelling in a dynamic environment where team training and coaching are crucial for flawless execution.

Requirements

Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
Strong working understanding of Paid Social platforms, including major players and supporting technology like Facebook Ad Manager and X (formerly Twitter) Ads.
Demonstrable experience working with multiple partners on enterprise-level paid social media accounts with diverse budget levels and objectives.
Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and translate them into paid media strategy using online technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior team members.
Understanding of paid social measurement and experience utilizing multiple native measurement tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Overseeing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
Managing and mentoring Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, including owning their career development.
Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns, including coordinating assets with creative agencies and managing budgets.
Collaborating with cross-discipline teams to integrate paid social media strategy into holistic, multi-channel recommendations.
Analyzing data using strong quantitative, analytical, and storytelling skills to provide insights and optimization recommendations, with familiarity in third-party data and measurement solutions.
Developing, executing, and testing campaign variables to generate client-specific insights and inform future testing strategies.
Assisting creative teams by providing feasible recommendations to align creative ideas with campaign briefs, contributing innovative ideas to the creative process.
Understanding client goals and maximizing success measures through tactical strategies and technologies, continuously maintaining and optimizing client campaigns.
Brainstorming and researching new, first-to-market ideas, including beta opportunities with partners.
Demonstrating strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and their integration with social platforms.
