Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on agency experience managing Paid Media across multiple channels and a documented history of automating workflows or building automations.
- Expert Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social ads platforms.
- Evidence of Systematization: Candidates should be able to provide examples of workflows, SOPs, or automation built that allowed a peer or direct report to perform a task they previously owned.
- Communication: Ability to present complex performance data to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Technical: An solid understanding of universal tracking logic, including GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.

- Partner with account and creative teams to brief and test strategies informed by psychology and AI-driven use cases, rather than relying solely on platform best practices
- Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot platform tracking, audience data, or creative delivery issues independently, without requiring internal escalation or manual intervention from engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and own the strategy, setup, and optimization frameworks for complex accounts across Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign performance and budgeting while hitting client KPIs through proactive tactical adjustments.
- Reframe performance stories when external factors shift or platform changes disrupt trends. Translate complex platform trends into business narratives.
- Conduct gap analyses between Search and Social to identify audience overlaps and untapped opportunities for integrated media plans.
- Translate raw data into Executive-Level Insights that explain the why behind the numbers and clearly define the next move.
- Work within standardized frameworks to ensure work is scalable and can be picked up by any team member.
- Guides the team in building repeatable strategies, focusing on clear, high-impact account foundations. Ensures the team works toward a unified standard, making it easy for any member to step in and support.
