About The Position

This role requires a focus on multi-channel management, execution, strategy, and analysis, with a significant emphasis on owning client communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing, managing, and communicating successful outcomes for a client's digital marketing portfolio, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and video. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing paid media in one or more digital channels – search (organic and paid), social, programmatic, display and video.
  • Proven ability to produce informed media plans and go-to-market strategies for complex clients.
  • Experience with performance media principles - driving positive ROAS, maximizing lead generation and marketing subscription-based programs.
  • Analytically minded - you aren’t afraid to dig in to troubleshoot issues and you’re always thinking about ways to improve in order to drive retention of clients.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Has a positive attitude and can-do mentality to drive teams forward.
  • Excited by digital marketing trends and inspired to enact best-in-class programs for clients.
  • Consistently demonstrates behavior in line with January Digital’s core traits.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical execution across channels with responsibility for analysis and optimizations based on client goals.
  • Manage process and outcome of analysis and reporting with support from the team.
  • Manage ad delivery and implement optimizations fluidly across channels to meet client goals.
  • Lead external day to day communications and develop relationships with key clients and vendors.
  • Support the development of integrated marketing plans across channels which may include, but are not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video.
  • Support opportunities to advance the client relationship like participation in quarterly business reviews and strategic POVs.
  • Build trust with clients by managing project deliverables, delivering flawless multi-channel tactical activation of marketing campaigns, and setting clear expectations internally.
  • Manage junior team members to success by providing thoughtful management, training in key areas, and fostering an environment for growth and development opportunities.
  • Lead placement and management of marketing pixels in order to verify data accuracy and ensure client goals are being met.
  • Support agency development by contributing to new business needs and collaborating across teams for internal projects.
  • Analyze complex data sets across systems to provide meaningful insight with the goal of actionable next steps.
