About The Position

Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Requirements

  • Five years of related experience required
  • Clear understanding and demonstration of Prasco core values
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Must be able to compliment and contribute to team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow all SOPs, COPs, and cGMPs as directed
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
  • Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
  • Research and reconcile all shipping or receiving errors and discrepancies.
  • Determines labor needs to meet production goals
  • Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies
  • Perform activities related to the QA release of product for distribution, including the handling of quality related issues that arise due to various circumstances, including returns
  • Assist with various Quality Assurance activities focusing on product quality, project management, assisting with internal and external audits
  • Develop, file and maintain quality related documents, per corporate document retention policy
  • Perform other related duties as required
