Responsibilities
- Oversees the food service team to ensure every meal is perfect and every customer leaves happy.
- Sets the team up for success by efficiently assigning tasks, creating effective schedules, and training employees on best practices.
- Maintains quality control on the back end, ensuring equipment works, portion sizes are good, and food quality is on point.
- Checks cash receipts and sales reports.
- Addresses customer issues and makes things right.
