About The Position
The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing facility and program operations to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members. This role also focuses on delivering excellent member satisfaction and supporting staff as needed. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: CPR, AED , First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
- Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
Nice To Haves
- Staff supervision experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure safety and security standards are met throughout the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with inquiries.
- Support program staff and help maintain a positive team environment.
