About The Position

We are seeking an individual that has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, the ability to learn company specific software, and dependable. This role will provide exceptional customer service, operate as the primary Cashier and Scale master, ensuring accuracy with transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures as well as daily and monthly reconciling. The position also involves operating the scale to weigh inbound and outbound materials, generate scale tickets, maintaining an organized filing system, answering incoming calls and providing accurate information, coordinating with yard personnel, maintaining office housekeeping and organization, and performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
