About the role The Manager, Turbine Services is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and growth of TNC Services' turbine maintenance and field service operations. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality turbine inspection, maintenance, repair, outage support, and rotating equipment services for commercial nuclear power plants and other power generation customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with customers, field teams, project managers, and company leadership, the Manager, Turbine Services provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction to support successful outage execution and long-term client partnerships. This position plays a critical role in expanding TNC Services' turbine service offerings while driving operational excellence across all projects.
