Job Summary: The Turbine Engineering Manager (M3) reports to the Director of Engineering and is responsible for managing the Leeward Turbine Engineering team, including all aspects of turbine reliability and performance for the Leeward wind fleet. The goals of this position are to provide technical guidance to Leeward operating plants, deliver cost saving and production improvement projects, and support the transition of new projects into the operating fleet. The position requires the ability to manage team resources effectively as well as deliver complex and time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
