Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide technology training education and digital enablement programs and oversee digital content deployment, knowledge validation, and learning progress monitoring, empowering our workforce to fully adopt enterprise technologies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Define and execute a technology enablement strategy that supports adoption of enterprise applications and construction technology (ConTech) Partner with Solutions Managers to co-develop targeted educational content. Lead the rollout of digital learning modules for enterprise technologies. Use data and feedback to refine enablement strategies and education delivery. Support enterprise change initiatives through education training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Align technology training programs with business and talent strategies. Foster strong partnerships with FTPs and STPs to capture field training needs and emerging skill gaps. Translate business needs into scalable, repeatable training plans. Collaborate with L&D to structure learning pathways and ensure alignment with L&D’s learning principles. Coordinate with the Workday team to publish and manage digital content, track completion, and ensure system readiness. Design and implement knowledge checks and assessments to validate understanding. Monitor engagement metrics and identify learning gaps across divisions. Partner with the Data Team to develop dashboards that track adoption, knowledge retention, and employee readiness. Provide reporting and insights to leadership on training impact and learning trends. Serve as a liaison between IT, L&D, Organization Change Effectiveness Partners, STPs/FTPs, SI Departments, and operations for smooth rollout of new technologies. Ensure system resilience and business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery strategies. Complete other responsibilities as assigned
