Beta Bionics is seeking a passionate and driven Manager of Sales Enablement to join our fast-growing startup. The Manager of Sales Enablement aids in the development, maintenance and facilitation of commercial training. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, the Manager of Sales Enablement supports the development of the Beta Bionics inside and outside sales teams and the sales and proficiency training for alliance partners (Distributors, Pharmacies, Dexcom, Abbott, etc.). The Manager of Sales Enablement will collaborate with commercial leadership and deploy necessary training based on aligned needs. The Manager of Sales enablement will aid the Senior Director of Sales Enablement in sales strategy development, then implement and facilitate programs that support the growth of the commercial organization. This position will be required to work collaboratively with the field sales and clinical teams, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Finance, Quality, legal and Regulatory groups as well as external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • A minimum of 2 years in a training or education role required
  • A combination of at least 5 years of sales, clinical and training experience working within the diabetes industry
  • Must have experience in curriculum development, skill building workshop design, facilitation skills, remote learning facilitation, and field coaching

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership role or completion of a leadership development course preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of the standard new hire sales training program to accelerate productivity of field team new hires (TBM and CDS) and corporate-based commercial teams (customer Care and Inside Sales).
  • Continuously maintain and update training curriculum to match the ongoing training requirements for new product innovations and product launches.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Sales Enablement and the Marketing Team to support the development of effective messaging and collateral to support sales growth.
  • Maintain and support a remote training program through e-learning software (Ethos) and develop new training curriculum within the software as deemed appropriate.
  • Support and maintain a sales training program designed to train external partners (distributors and strategic partners) to sell Beta Bionics products effectively as aligned to by commercial leadership.
  • Routine field-based sales and clinical coaching to support sales growth and field leaders as needed based on alignment and collaboration with field leadership.
  • Overnight travel for training events, field coaching, corporate office meetings, and other events which may require travel.
