Location: Woodinville, WA (onsite 4 days a week, work from home on Friday) Job Summary Technology Enablement Engineer - Global IT Operations & Infrastructure position at BDA will be the primary owner of all innovation initiatives within IT Operations & Infrastructure. This position will provide vision, design, project management, hands on interaction, and team leadership. We are a small, dedicated, talent-dense IT team, who is comfortable wading into a broad variety of networking platforms and vendors, as well as contributing to other department goals and objectives. Technology Enablement Engineer ensures that BDA employees worldwide have seamless, intuitive, and resilient technology experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Global IT Operations, Infrastructure, and user experience, focusing on simplifying complex systems, enabling self-service, and introducing AI, automation, and digital tools to make technology effortless, efficient, and enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technology in simple, user-friendly ways.
  • Experience in IT support, service management, or employee experience at a global scale.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern workplace technology.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and dedication to helping employees succeed.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across all levels and geographies, accommodating varying technical comfort levels.
  • Understanding of resiliency, high-availability systems, and global IT infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the global employee technology experience, ensuring tools and systems are intuitive, reliable, and consistent across regions.
  • Transform complex IT processes into zero-touch, easy-to-follow workflows that empower employees to resolve issues independently.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and modern digital tools to accelerate work, reduce manual effort, and improve resiliency.
  • Support technology rollouts globally, helping teams adopt new systems confidently and efficiently.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and consumable learning content: videos, guides, microlearning, and tips tailored to diverse technical comfort levels.
  • Gather employee feedback on systems and workflows to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and business teams worldwide to remove friction and simplify work processes.
  • Promote a resilient, zero-touch Global Help Desk approach, where employees can solve issues quickly through self-service and automated support.
