The team works closely with hiring leaders to plan hiring, build strong pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition will lead a team responsible for hiring engineers across various domains (backend, frontend, AI, data science, machine learning). This role involves partnering with senior engineering leadership to develop hiring strategies, translate business priorities into action, and implement consistent recruiting practices in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with a requirement for in-person attendance five days a week, emphasizing the company's belief in the power of in-person work for progress, innovation, and community strengthening.
