The Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition will lead a team responsible for hiring engineers across multiple domains, including backend, frontend, AI, data science, and machine learning. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior engineering leadership to translate business priorities into structured hiring strategies, bringing clarity and consistent recruiting practices to a fast-moving, evolving environment. The company emphasizes in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community, with an intentional, energizing office experience designed to fully support high-performing teams. This role is based in their Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
