About The Position

The Manager of Strategic Projects leads cross-functional initiatives supporting Sol-Ark’s strategic priorities, beginning with geographic expansion. The role owns integrated project plans and drives execution so new markets are ready for commercial launch and ongoing customer support. The manager coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Supply, Regulatory & Compliance, Customer Success, Technical Support, Finance, and Legal, and is accountable for planning, coordination, visibility, and follow-through. Functional leaders retain accountability for their deliverables, technical decisions, and approvals. The role calls for a hands-on leader who turns strategy into practical plans and drives results without direct reporting authority. The position is onsite at Sol-Ark’s warehouse in Allen, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is a full-time W-2 opportunity. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization and must not require employer-sponsored visa sponsorship now or in the future. The work is primarily office-based and includes extended computer work, occasional meetings outside normal hours to coordinate across time zones, and potentially limited domestic and international travel to office, warehouse, manufacturing, service, and partner sites. Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
