About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Manager of Shared Services responsible for the oversight of leaders and teams that support our operating locations office administration. This includes accounts payable, new accounts setup, audit, and back-office support. The Manager of Shared Services will be responsible for management of processes, KPI’s, and a staff of supervisors and their teams to ensure that all business process functionality is properly implemented and will need to make key business decisions regarding processes within Shared Services. The Manager of Shared Services will implement the strategy and monitor direct reports consulting in the areas of: Process Improvement, System Support, Role-Based Training & Certification.

Requirements

• High School / GED Equivalent.
• Ability to travel 25%-50%

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in office support and management
• 2-4 years general supervision of support teams
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Strong computer skills

Responsibilities
