Manager of Process Excellence, Sourcing & Real Estate
About The Position
UL Solutions is looking for a Manager of Process Excellence, Sourcing & Real Estate to redesign and standardize how work gets done across Sourcing and Real Estate. You will map processes end to end (down to screen level inputs and handoffs), finalize templates and playbooks, and drive adoption so teams and stakeholders know what to expect. This role focuses on process design, enablement, and adoption. It does not own financial analytics, category strategy, negotiations, deal execution, or line management.
