Reports to the Director of Cardiovascular Service line at Rhode Island Hospital. Under the direction of the Division Directors of the Cardiovascular Institute, and the Administrative Director, is responsible for the organization of clinical services, onboarding, training, and evaluation of Advanced Practice Providers. Creates a dyad relationship with the physician directors of Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Structural Heart Programs. Key member of leadership team in conjunction with Program Managers. Also, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining other subspecialty programs within the Cardiovascular Service Line, including but not limited to, electrophysiology and structural heart. Leadership role with expectations of honesty, integrity, credibility and vision to engage staff to achieve overall goals. Ability to motivate and influence staff’s commitment to the organization’s success. Clinical responsibilities include providing direct patient care with physician collaboration.
