About The Position

Under the direction of the Center Director, the Manager of Outreach and Enrollment is responsible for marketing and enrollment activities to support the growth of PACE KC within our service area and target populations. The mission of the Manager of Outreach and Enrollment is to develop effective communication strategies to successfully communicate the benefits and services that PACE KC offers to the community. In addition, our goal is to educate and guide individual members and their caregivers through the decision-making process as they evaluate the program for themselves and those they provide care for.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a healthcare program that provides a full range of personalized healthcare and wellness services to allow older adults to age gracefully in their home communities.
PACE emphasizes comprehensive, coordinated, and preventive care in a way that treats the whole person – addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs. A team of providers works together across many disciplines to help PACE members achieve and maintain their health and wellness goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Public Health, or a health or human services related field required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a Marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role with the senior networks.
• Consistent and documented experience in marketing, preferably in health care/geriatric or combined with knowledge of the unique needs of the elder population and their caregivers.
• Minimum of 1 year of complex, long sales cycle experience, including selling over the phone or face-to-face meetings, preferably with diverse populations.
• Track record of setting, achieving goals and closing multiple accounts per month.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources in the community.
• Assists with the generation of referrals to help bring in new members to meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Development and execution of enrollment strategies for existing and new target markets.
• Maintains referral tracking systems and marketing files.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems that ensure an efficient eligibility determination, assessment, and enrollment process while minimizing loss ratios.
• Works with Swope Health Marketing to develop annual marketing plans and written marketing materials.
• Directs and oversees the responsibilities of Enrollment and Engagement Specialist(s).
• Ensures efficient communication, coordination, and scheduling with operations staff in all aspects of the enrollment I assessment process including completing data collection and mandated paperwork utilizing the CRM software.
• Participates in community outreach events/meetings to generate referrals as needed.
• Ensures accurate documentation for all enrollment of participants.
• Maintains open line of communication with Program Management and provides updates on relevant information as it occurs.
• Adheres to all State, Federal, and Company regulations and policies pertaining to marketing activities for the PACE program.
• Provides excellent customer service at all times to internal and external customers.
• Develops and maintains digital and print advertisements to include CEO/CEM and targeted advertising campaigns.
