About The Position

Requirements

In depth understanding of God’s Word
A vision and desire to incorporate discipleship all aspects of the Church
A commitment to fulfill the Great Commission and make disciples of all nations
Excellent interpersonal skills for relating effectively with staff members, leadership, church body
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task work projects
Ability to work and travel in a cross-cultural environment
Ability to mobilize, encourage and lead teams for ministry outreaches
Experience working with people of every age and culture
The ability to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and multi-task
May have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 45 lbs.
This is a full-time (40+ hours/week) salary exempt position
May have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies

Responsibilities

Lead the team in all aspects of church operations
Maintain Standard Operating procedures for offering collection and deposit, calendar and weekly staff meetings, attendance count, etc.
Oversee the Event Coordinator, Facilities and Event Set Up Coordinator, and Worship Leader
Point of Contact for all maintenance and construction projects
Oversee the relationship with Ft. Lauderdale facilities and manage tasks with the Facilities and Event Set Up Coordinator
Help develop volunteer teams for Facilities and Events
Teach classes, devotions, and sermons in various settings
Develop relationships and build trust with those in the local community as it pertains to offsite parking, use of the Boca Raton facility and interaction with The Grill
Be willing to counsel, pray and be an example to the body at Calvary Chapel Boca Raton
Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion and worship as a regular aspect of your role on staff
Teach from the Bible in the appropriate environments inclusive of staff meetings, conferences, camps and/or outreach events
