York Hills is a children and youth mental health agency that offers a wide range of mental health services, supports and partnerships providing meaningful and evidence informed/based treatment to children, and youth, aged 0 to 18 years, and their families. The Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing, developing, coordinating and implementing activities related to facilities, front office administration and health and safety. This role is vital in supporting daily operations, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, operational projects are communicated effectively and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a leader, this position will uphold the Agency’s Mission, Vision and Values, incorporating the Internal Responsibility System to sustain a positive health and safety environment.
