Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and support professional growth
  • Strong background in operational delivery, process improvement, and performance management
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and aligning stakeholders to shared goals
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions
  • Experience using operational and reporting tools to drive insights and efficiency
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or similar approaches
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery, strong performance metrics, and consistent execution across multiple workflows
  • Manage competing priorities and resources to ensure teams are aligned and outcomes are delivered efficiently
  • Inspire, coach, and grow a team of operations professionals through transparent leadership and meaningful development
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and beyond to deliver aligned, impactful initiatives
  • Monitor performance, provide insights, and ensure accountability across operational metrics
  • Ensure processes meet internal standards and external requirements while staying audit-ready
