Requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and support professional growth
- Strong background in operational delivery, process improvement, and performance management
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and aligning stakeholders to shared goals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Experience using operational and reporting tools to drive insights and efficiency
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or similar approaches
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Must hold valid right to work in United States
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery, strong performance metrics, and consistent execution across multiple workflows
- Manage competing priorities and resources to ensure teams are aligned and outcomes are delivered efficiently
- Inspire, coach, and grow a team of operations professionals through transparent leadership and meaningful development
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable solutions
- Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and beyond to deliver aligned, impactful initiatives
- Monitor performance, provide insights, and ensure accountability across operational metrics
- Ensure processes meet internal standards and external requirements while staying audit-ready
