This position oversees and leads the football team in all creative media initiatives, including graphic design, creative video, and photography, as they relate to social media and recruiting. The role requires autonomous work to ensure projects are completed on time and to identify new projects that further the Air Force football brand. It is responsible for all football recruiting creative efforts, from planning and creation to distribution. The Manager serves as the principal football creative for projects from conception through production, involving research, strategy, conceptualization, proposal, and design for various media platforms. Additionally, the role involves overseeing a team of cadet-managers and interns/volunteers, producing compelling video content, shooting photo and video of games and practices, maintaining an understanding of industry trends and AF branding, and establishing effective working relationships with various stakeholders. The position also ensures brand guideline consistency and adherence to department and Academy brand standards, NCAA, and MWC compliance policies.
