About The Position

The Install Manager of FP&A is a critical finance leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. This individual will partner closely with operations to translate project activity, including Work-in-Progress (WIP), job costing, and Gantt-based project timelines, into accurate financial insights and forward-looking forecasts. This role is highly visible within the organization and plays a key part in supporting a PE-backed growth strategy, including M&A integration, margin expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings a balance of technical finance expertise, strong business partnership, and process improvement mindset. This role will establish foundational FP&A infrastructure where formal processes are nascent.
