Primary responsibility for law school budget and finance matters that involve law school student groups, including student journals, competition teams, the Student Bar Association (SBA), and SBA-funded groups. Manage the processing of all financial and related transactions for student organizations, including contracting with vendors, creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices, and expense reimbursements. Interfaces with many members of the student body, and various administrative departments, including Special Events and Student Services. Works with various University departments, including Finance, Purchasing, and Facilities Management. Manages student organization budgets in excess of $400k.
