CAP Northwest is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Manager of Events & Corporate Sponsorships. As the Manager of Events & Corporate Sponsorships (MECS) for CAP Northwest, you will plan, manage, and execute a diverse range of revenue-generating events designed to engage donors and promote awareness of our mission: to advance compassionate, whole-person care for LGBTQ+ people and those impacted by HIV. The primary events in FY27 are the CAP Art Auction, AIDS Walk Northwest, and Dining Out for Life, among other community engagement touchpoints. The MECS is part of the CAP Northwest Advancement Team, which focuses on community engagement, events, and donor investment, and includes the Senior Director of Advancement, Individual Giving Manager, Advancement Systems Manager, and Community Engagement Manager. As a member of the leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in our collective fundraising efforts, contributing to the organization's combined event fundraising goal exceeding $1.35 million for FY27. This is a full-time position based at our Davis St. location in Portland’s Old Town neighborhood. While the primary work location will be Davis St., this role will also require regular travel throughout the Portland Metro area.
