About The Position

Aetna Group Retiree Solutions is looking for a Manager of Digital Project Management to help us deliver during a lot of client services growth! We seek a digital-first, process-oriented sales strategy and operations expert who brings creativity and a collaborative spirit to lead our sales digital initiatives. This role will report into a sales strategy and operations department and will focus on advancing Group Medicare’s digital program development efforts across multiple channels to enhance our service to clients and members. In this strategic sales project and operations management position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our sales and account management leaders as well as cross-functional marketing experts, driving our work forward and ensuring alignment with our sales operations goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with precision and oversee multiple sales projects simultaneously as part of highly integrated matrixed operations
  • Experience crafting seamless sales client experiences from a digital perspective in highly regulated and / or Medicare environments
  • Experience defining digital strategies, identifying the most appropriate messaging alignment, and executing operations for business retention and growth
  • 5 to 7 years of digital project management experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience coordinating with and aligning multiple stakeholders to deliver externally visible projects
  • 5 to 7 years of experience coordinating with marketing organizations and leaders
  • 3 to 5 years of agile project management experience
