About The Position

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital initiatives across web, platform, and customer-facing experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in Agile environments, and skilled at translating strategy into execution across cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience managing digital projects (web, platform, eCommerce, or customer experience)
  • Proven experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working alongside Product Managers in a product‑centric operating model
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS, eCommerce, analytics, or marketing technologies
  • PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Execution mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
  • Data‑driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from intake and planning through launch and post‑launch optimization
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes
  • Partner with Digital Product Management, UX/UI, IT, Business, and Operations teams to align on goals and delivery approach
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives (as applicable)
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors
  • Translate business requirements into clear project plans and execution roadmaps
  • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level communications
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and trade‑offs
  • Ensure adherence to digital delivery standards, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and governance frameworks
  • Support intake, prioritization, and dependency management across concurrent initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
  • Partner with teams to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and user‑experience requirements
  • Coordinate UAT, launch readiness, and go-live activities
  • Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned for future initiatives
