About The Position

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to manage clinical services in Jefferson City, Missouri. The Manager of Clinical Services leads and supports a clinical team in delivering exceptional, patient-centered hospice care. Working with an interdisciplinary group of professionals, this leader shapes care plans, mentors clinicians and future leaders, and promotes a culture of excellence and empathy. The role helps ensure patients receive comfort, dignity, and high-quality care at the end of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree is accepted.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of hospice or home health clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Provide clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving support.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage the hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist with ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary group of professionals to shape strategic care plans and support patient-centered care.
