Requirements

2-5 years of professional RN Experience
Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas (license unencumbered)
Bachelor of Science In Nursing
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

2 Years of demonstrated progressive leadership
Master of Science in Nursing /Doctorate in Nursing Practice
Kansas State RN Compact License
Nursing Specialty Certification (if not currently hold one, must obtain certification within 24 months of hire)

Responsibilities

Leads system-wide clinical education for inpatient and outpatient departments and nursing support staff across the Health Care system.
Responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice.
Ensures consistent application of competency assessment, instructional design, and staff development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment throughout the health system.
