About The Position

The Manager of Business Solutions – Marketing & Business Development (BD) is a
technology-focused role responsible for the architecture, optimization,
integration, and governance of systems supporting the firm’s Marketing and
Business Development functions. This individual serves as the portfolio owner
for CRM and related marketing technologies, ensuring platforms are scalable,
secure, well-integrated, and aligned with firmwide technology standards.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in CRM platforms, marketing
technology ecosystems, systems integration, data architecture, and reporting.
The Manager partners closely with Marketing/BD leadership, Enterprise
Transformation Technology teams, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data
Strategy, and external vendors to translate business requirements into
well-designed, sustainable technology solutions.
