The Data & Analytics team is a strategic engine driving the operational and clinical growth of the company. The Manager of Business Analytics is a high-impact, "player-coach" role designed for a technically elite analyst who has evolved into an impactful people manager and strategic business partner. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts on a day-to-day basis while remaining hands-on in our data stack and operations. You aren’t just managing the queue; you are sharpening your team’s analytical framework, providing deep technical guidance, and acting as a primary strategic partner to executive and operational business leaders. You will routinely report out on complex analyses, translate data into clear operational recommendations, and ensure the outputs drive real operational changes across marketing, call center operations, and clinical operations workflows. This role reports directly to the VP of Data & Analytics.
