Requirements

  • Proven experience leading analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics teams
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into business strategy and recommendations
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Python, SAS, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technology partners
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, or related industry experience preferred
  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Define how analytics are used to drive customer solutions, innovation, profitability, and strategy within the business
  • Owns the backlog, priority, and execution within the technology crews to ensure alignment to strategy and timely delivery
  • Establishes mechanisms to ensure insight and reporting quality, integrity and relevance to senior leaders
  • Ownership of advanced and emerging analytics capabilities
  • Accountable for data integrity and exposure to risk for metrics used in downstream reporting and incentives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analytics professionals
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with executive leadership to support key business initiatives and decision-making
  • Collaborate with technology teams to prioritize analytics solutions, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities
  • Drive data integrity, reporting quality, and analytics best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver business value through analytics
