Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, the Manager of Behavioral Services ensures high-quality, compliant behavioral and clinical services for Individuals Served across Enhanced Behavioral Homes (EBSH), Community Crisis Homes (CCH), and other residential and community settings. This role oversees best clinical practices, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care while leading and supporting the SG/PRC BCBA team in monitoring vendor implementation of Individualized Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs), treatment fidelity, and progress toward identified goals. Additionally, this position also supervises SG/PRC’s Forensic Specialist and Placement Coordinator who provides support and recommendations to service coordination regarding programming services and supports utilizing Person Centered Thinking. The Manager facilitates collaboration among BCBAs, Service Coordinators, Forensic Specialist, Placement Coordinator, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams; provides consultation and training in evidence-based behavioral practices; and supports agency-wide behavioral initiatives. Additionally, this position manages statewide CCH and Intensive Transition Services (ITS) referral processes in partnership with Regional Centers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), including clinical review, care coordination, and oversight of transitions and service outcomes.
