As a member of the management team, you’ll: Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration Play a key role in advancing the mission and vision of CFI. If you’re passionate about mentoring clinicians and building high-performing teams, this role provides the opportunity to: Supervise and support outpatient behavioral health clinicians Provide reflective supervision and professional guidance Help staff grow clinically and professionally Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices Foster a supportive and collaborative culture. In this role, you’ll: Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services Lead implementation of evidence-based practices Conduct agency-wide trauma-informed care trainings Support innovative and responsive treatment approaches Help ensure services remain effective and community-centered. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Licensed in the State of Iowa
Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience
Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care
Passionate about behavioral health and trauma-informed care
Enjoys mentoring and developing clinicians
Thrives in collaborative leadership environments
Values innovation, integrity, and professionalism
Can balance clinical excellence with operational leadership
