As a member of the management team, you’ll: Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration Play a key role in advancing the mission and vision of CFI. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed in the State of Iowa
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience
  • Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care
  • Passionate about behavioral health and trauma-informed care
  • Enjoys mentoring and developing clinicians
  • Thrives in collaborative leadership environments
  • Values innovation, integrity, and professionalism
  • Can balance clinical excellence with operational leadership
