Requirements

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including experience leading analytics initiatives or teams
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products
Demonstrated experience partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value
Experience prioritizing analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value
Strong experience translating between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders
Demonstrated focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports
Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data to support decision-making
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or similar professional certification preferred
Passion for healthcare IT and Epic reporting

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects
Developing analytics/data products that address specific customer and business needs
